Our mission is to be the easiest way to cross the Solent with outstanding customer service and we’re always looking for those of you who can help us deliver on it.

We’re after passionate, customer-focused people across a huge variety of jobs and roles, from seasoned seafarers to shore-based staff working in our head office.

  • We’re the leading cross-Solent ferry operator, carrying 4.2 million people across the Solent ever year.

  • We have eight ferries running on three routes serving six ports - three on the mainland, in Hampshire, and three on the Isle of Wight.
